As of March 2007, ABI Business Sales earned the prestigious Diamond Certified® award. The Diamond Certified award is presented only to Business Brokers and other local service companies that rate “highest in quality” in a detailed customer satisfaction study of their customers served during the previous four-year period. Each qualifying company must also pass a license, insurance, complaint status, legal and credit rating. To maintain Diamond Certification, on-going American Ratings Corporation customer surveys must be passed on an on-going basis.
Business valuation is a specialized field requiring a solid foundation of experience, continuing education, and the highest level of professional integrity. IBA is a nationally recognized organization with membership of over 3,000.
Since the founding of the first BBB in 1912, the BBB system has proven that the majority of marketplace problems can be solved fairly through the use of voluntary self-regulation and consumer education. The mission is to promote and foster the highest ethical relationship between businesses and the public through voluntary self-regulation, consumer and business education, and service excellence.

International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). Formed in 1983, the IBBA is the professional society of the M&A business community, providing education, conferences, professional designations, and networking opportunities. It has more than 1,900 members in the world.
The California Association of Business Brokers (CABB) is a professional trade association whose members are actively involved in assisting their clients in selling, buying, and evaluating businesses. CABB was organized to recognize the professionals of business opportunity brokerage, to help educate the public on the benefits of using licensed intermediaries, and to establish a code of ethics to which members adhere. 
The M&A Source, a division of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), is the world's largest international organization of experienced, dedicated merger and acquisition intermediaries representing the middle market. 
The Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA) is the oldest professional society devoted solely to the appraisal of closely-held businesses. Established in 1978, the Institute is a pioneer in business appraisal education and professional accreditation. 
The Better Business Bureau (BBB) system in the U.S. extends across the nation; coast-to-coast, and in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. 
For almost 20 years, the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce has provided local businesses with an added measure of security by hosting business to business opportunities for sharing advice, political representation and customer introductions.
The Tri-Valley Executives Association (Tri-Valley Execs) is a dynamic business networking organization with the primary purpose of developing viable business relationships and exchanging qualified sales referrals. The first Executives Association was formed in San Francisco in 1925, with the Tri-Valley group established in 1984. Membership currently includes over 40 small and medium size business owners and managers.
THE EXECUTIVES ASSOCIATION OF SAN FRANCISCO (EASF) is the oldest continuous business league in the world. Founded in San Francisco in 1916, the Association is dedicated to assisting its members with direct business leads and opportunities. Membership is by invitation to owners and CEOs of business firms and professional organizations doing business in San Francisco.
